Pastor higgins and family

Pastor Bill Higgins was born and raised in the Hodges area of Greenwood County, where he graduated from Ware Shoals High School. From there, he earned a BA from Holmes Bible College in Greenville, SC. After college, he discovered the Church of the Nazarene, where he met his wife, Diane.   The two were married and moved to Kansas City where he earned a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary.  Chandler, their oldest son, was born in Kansas. After seminary, he pastored his first church in Jacksonville, FL. Soon he felt a pull toward church planting and through the leading of the Lord, moved back to Simpsonville, SC to start a church.  During this time, the couple's second son, Parker, was born. Pastor Bill would go on to plant churches in Duncan and Honea Path. While in Honea Path, pastor Bill stepped out of the ministry for a while to deal with some personal and marital issues. While away from the ministry, he worked in child protective services for DSS, then was hired by Probation, Parole and Pardon, where he currently serves as a Release Examiner. He is now back in the ministry.   Upon reentering the ministry, pastor Bill, his family and some close friends, started Radiant Life Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Bill is humbled by the grace that God has bestowed on his life and his marriage and would love for you to experience this same grace.
